On April 23, 2023, Sisters of St. Joseph of Brentwood celebrated S. Joan Killen as one of 5 notable women who have left lasting impacts on the Sisters of St. Joseph and the people they have served for many years.
Among her achievements, S. Joan has served as a teacher and Guidance Department Chairperson at TMLA. She was instrumental in the formation of each CSJ School Board of Trustees. S. Joan holds the CSJ community record for service on 14 school boards, which includes leadership as Board Chair for many!
