Students in our Creative Writing program present their work annually at readings in local bookstores, and both our newspaper, Mariel, and our yearbook, Crusader, have received multiple awards for high school journalism. Our speech and debate team has been named sectional champion for 13 of the last 14 years and has also won on state and national levels. Second Language students consistently score in the top one percent in National Language competitions.
