Sports Update

Jordan Nixon, TMLA senior, was honored by McDonald’s for her selection to the 2018 McDonald’s All American team.  Jordan is the 2nd consecutive McDonald’s All American from the TMLA Basketball program. Jordan will be attending Notre Dame University next year.  The 2018 All American teams will play in the Philips Arena in [ read more ]

TMLA science students at Lenox Hill Physician Assistant Career Day

Lenox Hill Hospital celebrated Physician Assistant (PA) Week by hosting its annual career day for high school students.  TMLA students interested in pursuing TMLA’s  Pre-Med Diploma Designation Program attended this event. Christmas Tree Blessing

The Mary Louis Academy held its 3nd annual Christmas Tree Blessing and Lighting Ceremony on December 6. Several hundred students and faculty filled the school’s Garden Courtyard for the event which included prayer and Christmas selections from TMLA Orchestra and Glee Club.  Refreshments followed in the cafeteria for all.

TMLA Visits Columbia U. Engineering

TMLA’s physics students, robotics team members and the team’s moderators Mrs. Chukhareva and Mr. Aguanno visited Columbia University’s esteemed Fu Foundation for Engineering Sciences.
