A Message from the Student Council President:

Hello ladies,

I know everyone is finding their own way to cope with this madness. I just wanted to take a quick second to send a message to you all to remind everyone of how strong we are as a community. This is what makes TMLA girls so unique- we rise to the occasion. As a TMLA family, let’s not allow this to crush us. It’s just a bump in the road. We can handle this like women of dignity and make the most out of our remote learning situation. This is not a time to panic, rather it is a time to remind ourselves that together we are stronger. Together our voices are louder. We are all aware that this is not the ideal situation, but let us pray for everyone to stay happy, healthy and safe. We are more powerful when we empower each other. As we work through this, let us maintain a positive mindset and keep this in mind: Until we gather together in person once again, hopefully sooner than later, let us gather in our hearts, minds and spirits.  Let us not focus on the things we are missing out on, but rather on the things we have done which have brought us so close together and given us the strength to weather this storm as one.

Wishing each and everyone of you the best,

Your President, Devon Nicholson
