Alumnae Association
Class and Chapter Representatives are vital to maintaining the energy of our alumnae community. These dedicated volunteers serve as key bridges between The Mary Louis Academy and its alum network, helping to foster connection, engagement, and school spirit across generations.
As Alumnae Association Representatives, they serve as trusted sources of TMLA news and updates for their classmates. Through their outreach, encouragement, and involvement, they help sustain the vibrant and active alum community that defines TMLA.
Key Responsibilities Include:
-
Staying Informed: Reps attend five hybrid (in-person/virtual) meetings per year to stay current on school news, alumnae programming, and institutional initiatives.
-
Communicating and Connecting: Reps help keep their classmates engaged by sharing updates via email, social media, and personal outreach.
-
Supporting Alum Events: By promoting reunions, gatherings, and other events, Reps help boost participation and school spirit. Those who are local are encouraged to volunteer at events—many of which rely on alum support to succeed.
-
Assisting with Fundraising: Reps play an important role in class giving efforts, especially leading up to milestone reunion years.
-
Representing TMLA: For many alums, Reps are the face of TMLA. Their presence and enthusiasm help strengthen the lifelong bond between classmates and the Academy.
TMLA’s Alumnae Association Representatives are among our most impactful ambassadors—their leadership and dedication make a lasting difference in the life of the school.
