Inspired by the kindness shown to Americans on September 11, 2001, Kevin Tuerff began Pay It Forward 9/11.
The organization challenges individuals, schools, businesses, and beyond, to commit to acts of kindness and service throughout the first eleven days of September.
Here at Mary Louis, our community has committed to eleven days of service and kindness throughout the first eleven days of school. Committing to kindness and service helps us to live out our mission of Unity, Reconciliation, and All-Inclusive Love. Love of the Dear Neighbor without distinction can take place when we actively choose kindness.
While our campaign ends in September, we hope that all members of our TMLA community continue this work, in hope of making the world a better place, one small step at a time.
