Affordability at a Glance

The majority of TMLA students receive some form of financial support through scholarships, need-based financial aid, tuition discounts, or a combination of these resources.

of accepted Grade 9 students will receive a merit scholarship between 80-100% ($12-15K) of the cost of tuition

$5K

average merit scholarship award among accepted Grade 9 students, covering approximately 33% the cost of tuition

$1 MM

awarded annually in merit scholarships, need-based aid and/or discounts

$7.5K

maximum need-based financial aid award for Grades 9-12, which can be combined with a merit scholarship and/or discounts for maximum affordability

80%

of the Class of 2030 received some type of financial award, whether merit- or need-based, or both

How TMLA Awards Work

Student awards can be structured in several ways depending on academic performance, financial need, and eligibility for discounts.

What Does Affordability Look Like?

Example Monthly Tuition Scenarios (July–April payment schedule):

Case #1: Grade 9 full tuition family (approximately $1,500/month)

Case #2: Grade 9 student receiving $12,000 (80%) in TMLA awards (approximately $300/month)

Case #3: Grade 9 SSP-approved family (significantly reduced monthly payment of approximately $80/month)

Case #4: Grade 6 student receiving $2,500 (25%) in TMLA financial aid (approximately $750/month)
