August 2026 Regents Prep Course

By registering and submitting payment for an August Regents Prep Course at The Mary Louis Academy, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I am registering the above-named student for the selected Regents Prep Course.
• I understand that the registration fee is $300, plus a 3.5% processing fee (total $310.50), and that payment is required at the time of registration.
• I understand that registration is not considered complete until payment has been successfully submitted.
• I understand that students are expected to attend class regularly throughout the course in order to receive the greatest benefit in preparation for the August Regents Examination.
• I understand that The Mary Louis Academy reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment. In the event of a cancellation by TMLA, a full refund will be issued.
• I understand that refund requests must be submitted in writing to jmauro@tmla.org and will be considered on a case-by-case basis prior to the start of the course. No refunds will be issued after classes have begun.
• I acknowledge that my student is voluntarily participating in this academic program and agree to release and hold harmless The Mary Louis Academy, its employees, and representatives from liability for injuries or losses resulting from participation, except as otherwise provided by law.
