🚍 TMLA Bus Service Deposit Form (2026–2027)
This form allows families to reserve a seat on TMLA’s private, at-cost bus service (5 routes) by submitting a $200 deposit ($206.80 with online processing fees; no fee for cash/check).
The deposit secures your student’s spot on a selected route and will be applied toward your final transportation cost.
⚠️ Before You Submit
- Only submit a deposit if you are certain you intend to use and pay for this service.
- Routes are only offered based on sufficient family commitment.
- If families withdraw, it may impact whether a route can run.
- Routes may be canceled due to low ridership (refunds provided if this occurs).

- Do NOT submit a deposit through this form
- Families must coordinate directly with L&M New York
- TMLA does not manage or take responsibility for this service (including pricing, communication, or operations)

💰 TMLA Bus Cost & Timeline
- Estimated cost:
- $1,800 (morning only)
- $2,400 (roundtrip, if offered)
- Payment Plans:
- 10 payments (July 1 - April 1)
- 1 Lump Sum (July 1)
- Deposit due: May 15 (priority)
- Final routes shared: June 1
- Final schedule shared: August 15
Return service is not guaranteed and depends on participation. If not offered, families will be notified and refunded accordingly.
