CLASSES:
All courses are designed to address current life issues, current social issues in the light of the Gospel message, and the teachings of the Church. Juniors perform a minimum of 50 hours of volunteer service at approximately 50 different educational, social, nursing home, and health-related facilities. This is a graduation requirement. Classroom spirituality is carried over to and emphasized in the students' daily lives. Eucharistic Liturgy is celebrated daily. At school celebrations there are ample opportunities to participate as lectors, altar servers, ministers of hospitality, and as Eucharistic Ministers. Freshmen and sophomores participate in an on-campus retreat day in groups of 16. Juniors and seniors have an off-campus retreat experience. They are also encouraged to take part in the Christian Awakening program. Students are invited to serve on the Spiritual Life Committee.
