Graduate Profile

The Mary Louis Academy graduate will have developed a philosophy of life based upon Christian moral principles and will give witness to the Gospel values of peace with justice in our multi-cultural society.

She will be aware of and appreciate her womanhood and the unique contribution women have made throughout history.  She will take responsibility for her life choices, valuing service in the community of which she is a part. She will recognize and respect humanity’s oneness with all creation and the consequences of choices in her relationship with the environment.

The Mary Louis Academy graduate will have met academic challenges successfully and have developed skills necessary to participate in a technological society. The intellectual, physical, emotional, and social challenges she has met through her participation in course work as well as recreational and leisure activities will have developed her appreciation for literature, art, music and other cultural activities.

In keeping with the Josephite tradition of hospitality the Mary Louis Academy graduate will welcome racial, ethnic, and religious diversity in the community in which she lives, works, recreates and serves.
