Deadline: September 2008: Second cycle of classes

Read the instructions and then use the following link to find Part A of the 2007 AP exam: 

A)    Informal Writing Sample: Please go to P.7 of the 2007 AP SPANISH LANGUAGE Free-Response Questions and write the indicated message in at least 60 words on loose leaf to be submitted in class by the due date.  Please note the instructions.  You have only 10 minutes to read the question and write the response.  Be sure to time yourself. http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/ap/spanish_lang/samp.html?spanlang

 Read the instructions and then use the following link to find Part B of the 2007 AP exam: 

B)     Informal Speaking Sample: Please go to P.13 of Section II Part B of the 2007 AP SPANISH LANGUAGE Free-Response Questions and complete the simulated conversation.  You have 30 seconds to read the outline of the conversation.  Then, listen to the recorded message.  You have one minute to read the outline of the conversation again.  Afterwards, begin the conversation and follow the outline.  Please note that each of your six individual responses should be no longer than 20 seconds each.  Participate in the conversation as fully and appropriately as possible.  Please adhere to the time restraints.  By the due date, place your oral responses on a cassette tape to be submitted in class or create an audio file in Rm. 319 or Rm. 33 and place in your section’s folder under the ALS file named Ms. Soriano. SOUND RECORDER INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE COMPUTER ROOMS 

1)      Click on the “Start” button.
2)      Go to Programs.
3)      Go into Accessories.
4)      Scroll down to Entertainment.
5)      Go to Sound Recorder.
6)      Press the red button at the end to begin recording your voice.
7)      Be sure to speak loud enough to be heard clearly on the recording.
8)      Each recording is 60 seconds long.
9)      Create more than one folder if your recording is longer than 60 seconds.
10)  To end your recording, hit the square stop button next to the red record button.
11)  Before creating a file for your recording, listen to the recording for clarity.
12)  To create a file of your recording, go to file and save as in ALS.
13)  ALS has a file for Ms. Soriano.
14)  Go into the Ms. Soriano file and look for your section file: 745-01,-02 or –03.
15)  Save the file in your section. Name the file using your first initial & last name.
16)  If you saved more than one file to complete your assignment, number 1,2, etc…
