The first step in applying for admission to The Mary Louis Academy is taking the Test for Admission into Catholic High Schools, or TACHS.
Our Admissions Committee carefully reviews the academic credentials [6th, 7th, 8th grade report cards and standardized test results] of each applicant together with her performance on the Test for Admission to Catholic High School-TACHS. Though all choices are considered, preference is given to 1st and 2nd choice on the TACHS Examination. One-quarter of a million dollars is earmarked each year for scholarships for the incoming 9th grade class.
